Voluntary contributions are collected through the Premium Cigar PAC to support pro-small business candidates. With your help, the Premium Cigar PAC can continue to help advance such legislative priorities as: • Fighting against unreasonable and burdensome regulations • Preserving stable tax rates and policies • Creating a regulatory environment in which small premium tobacco businesses can thrive Per Federal Election Commission (FEC) regulations, a member company of PCA must first provide the Premium Cigar PAC with prior authorization before any individual in its restricted class can contribute or be solicited.
