SHOW COVID POLICY Any public space where other people are present holds an inherent risk of exposure to COVID-19 and other communicable diseases. By attending this event, you agree to voluntarily assume all risk related to exposure and agree to not hold PCA or any of their affiliates including partners, sponsors, directors, officers, employees, agents, contractors, volunteers or venues liable for illness. You also agree to take necessary precautions while at the event including, but not limited to, engaging in appropriate social distancing, wearing a mask in public areas when not consuming food or beverage, minimizing face touching, frequently handwashing, and avoiding risky situations. Furthermore, you agree not to attend a PCA event if you feel ill or had a recent exposure to a COVID-19 case. The Venetian and Sands has a Venetian Clean Commitment designed to enhance safety and minimize risk for its visitors and staff. It ensures the hygiene and sanitization practices at the resort and convention center meet or exceed regulatory requirements based on the recommendations of the CDC. This commitment also includes new cleanliness protocols that meet or exceed our already rigorous standards. As we move forward, we will continue to adhere to guidance provided by federal, state and local authorities including the SNHD, CDC and the Nevada Gaming Control Board (GCB). As these guidelines continue to evolve, more specific details will be available on this page. CODE OF CONDUCT All attendees and their representatives (including retailers, manufacturers, distributors, brokers, Rocky Patel Tatuaje Alec Bradley CLE/Asylum Crowned Heads ACE Prime Crux Kristoff suppliers and media) of PCA22 will be held to the highest standards of personal and professional conduct. All participants, attendees and representatives agree not to disturb the activities of other attendee representatives, disturb or harass other attendees, staff or Show attendees, precipitate the intervention of Facility security or public law enforcement, or in any other way disrupt the smooth operation of the Show. PCA reserves the right to determine in its sole judgement when an attendee or representative has violated the standards of conduct, and to take any action PCA deems necessary to protect the safety of Show attendees and the public, up to and including immediate termination of said attendees trade show privileges, expulsion from the Facility, and barring the attendee from future attendance at PCA events. PCA22 SMOKING POLICY PCA has entered into a contract with the Venetian & Palazzo Sands Expo & Convention Center for the trade show. These contracts specify designated smoking areas and times that show management, exhibitors, attendees and all other members or non- members associated with the Show must adhere to in order to be in compliance with these contracts. This is a serious issue that is important in order to be able to host future trade shows, not only in Las Vegas, but throughout the country. Smoking at the PCA trade show is only allowed in the designated PCA convention and meeting areas during trade show hours. Smoking is strictly prohibited in the following restricted areas: • Common areas • Hallways • Foyers • Meeting Rooms • Any non-smoking areas
